How we use it
To evaluate the request, communicate with relevant parties, perform sourcing or partnership work and maintain business records.
Procurement workspace and operational events
Saved products, recent product briefs and RFQ drafts are kept locally in your browser for up to 180 days and can be cleared at any time. If edge analytics storage is configured, the site may record limited operational events for up to 90 days using a random session identifier. These event envelopes exclude names, email addresses, phone numbers, messages, specifications, IP addresses and device fingerprints. Submitting an RFQ or activating a product watch is a separate, explicit action.
Confidentiality
Commercial drawings and requirements should be handled on a need-to-know basis. We do not claim ownership of buyer specifications or supplier confidential information.
