Source a custom engineered component from India.
Send a drawing, sample, photo, specification, existing part number or BOQ. India Supply Solutions identifies suitable manufacturing sources, aligns material and process requirements, coordinates production, inspection, documentation, packing and agreed export logistics.
Start with whatever technical information you have.
The first enquiry does not require a completed engineering questionnaire.
PDF, image or specification drawing.
Useful when a drawing is unavailable.
Existing component reference plus application context.
Material, quantity, standards or project requirement.
Requirement → source → process → inspect → document → export.
Define
Drawing / sample, material, dimensions, tolerances and quantity.
Qualify source
Match the requirement to an appropriate Indian manufacturing source.
Confirm process
Machining, forging, fabrication, heat treatment or coating only as required and verified.
Inspect
Critical dimensions, material, hardness, finish and documents according to the approved RFQ.
Pack & export
Export packing, documentation and agreed logistics coordination.
Advanced fields remain optional until they are relevant.
Grade / specification if known.
Critical fits, geometric controls or general tolerance standard if specified.
Only buyer-specified or independently verified values are used.
Coating, plating, paint or finish when required.
Dimensional, CMM, gear checks, NDT or functional inspection as required.
Material certificate, treatment records and inspection report where required.
Precision gear and CNC machining capability through our partner route.
For drawing-led gear and machined-component RFQs, ISS can coordinate manufacturing through an established precision engineering partner in Rajkot, Gujarat while keeping source identity, commercial terms, inspection and documentation transparent.
Module 0.5–8, OD up to 500 mm; spur, helical and worm-gear work.
Internal/external profiles up to module 6, including shoulder/cluster gears and blind splines.
VTL 700 mm chuck / 900 mm swing; CNC turning up to 300 mm plus milling/boring routes.
±0.02 mm standard dimensional capability; DIN 7–9 cut gears, with DIN 5–6 via verified grinding route.
EN8, EN19, EN36, SS304/316, cast iron and brass/bronze are documented partner materials.
Case hardening, induction, carburizing, normalizing, grinding and plating/coating are coordinated where the RFQ requires them.
Documented precision-manufacturing routes available through the partner network.
Equipment references are published as partner-facility capability, not as ISS-owned machinery. Live loading, lead time and exact process route are reconfirmed against each RFQ.
Gear cutting equipment
Documented hobbing equipment includes Pfauter, Liebherr, PTP Pellegrini and Drummond Brothers machines. Gear shaping routes include Fellows and Drummond Brothers machines for internal/external profiles, cluster/shoulder gears and blind splines.
Turning & secondary machining
Ace Micromatic VTL-30 PLUS: 700 mm chuck / 900 mm swing. CNC turning up to 300 mm with live tooling. Conventional turning, radial drilling, boring, tapping and surface grinding support secondary operations and prototype work.
Production envelope
The partner publishes batch capability from 1 piece to 10,000+ and output of 500+ components/day. These figures are capability indicators only; available capacity, MOQ and lead time are confirmed at quotation.
Industry applications
Published sectors include automotive, machine tools, power transmission, industrial equipment, textile machinery, plastics & packaging, agriculture, construction equipment and general engineering. Defence/aerospace enquiries are handled only after applicable specification, end-use and compliance review.
Transmission/drivetrain gears, spline shafts and timing components.
Helical gears, rack & pinion, worm sets, precision shafts and internal rings.
Matched gear pairs, gearbox/reducer gears, worm sets and spline shafts.
Large gears, ring components, rack & pinion, machined parts and heavy-duty shafts.
High-speed gears, timing pulleys, worm sets and precision machined components.
Tractor, harvester, rotavator and drive-system gear/shaft requirements.
Gears, shafts, power transmission, precision machining, forgings and fabrication.
Technical variants are handled inside the correct canonical unless they represent a genuinely distinct product or buying intent.
