Flanges sourcing from India
Select a product to open its specification framework, quality checkpoints and RFQ requirements.
We source Flanges from qualified Indian manufacturers or suppliers against buyer-defined specifications, inspection, packing and export requirements.
Our deepest commercial and technical focus: metal grades, product forms, sizes, standards, MTC / traceability, drawings, tolerances and inspection release.

Begin with SS316 / ASTM A182 F316 flange sourcing or SS316L / ASTM A182 F316L flange sourcing. Buyers evaluating stainless steel flange manufacturers and stockists can use ISS to compare qualified sources against one technical RFQ.
Separate flange type (weld neck, slip-on, blind, socket-weld, threaded or lap-joint) from facing (RF, FF or RTJ). A raised-face flange can also be a weld-neck flange. The facing category is not a separate material grade.
Four layers that must agree
Material specification, dimensional standard, pressure-temperature requirement and inspection scope are separate decisions. ASTM A182 identifies a forging specification; ASME B16.5 identifies dimensional and rating requirements. One does not replace the other.
ASME B16.5 covers NPS 1/2 through 24 for Classes 150, 300, 400, 600, 900 and 1500. Its Class 2500 range stops at NPS 12. Type-specific tables and restrictions still apply. For large-diameter work, specify ASME B16.47 and Series A or B explicitly. A size range is a standard scope, not an ISS stock list.
EN 1092-1 PN flanges, IS 6392 steel pipe flanges and JIS B2220 enquiries require their own dimensional basis. Do not convert a Class designation to PN or assume matching bolt holes from DN/NPS alone. Pressure capability depends on the material and design temperature as well as the rating designation.
Carbon, stainless, duplex and special-alloy enquiries
Use A105 carbon steel, A350 LF2, duplex 2205, super duplex 2507 or Monel 400 as starting points for the required material review. These links are enquiry routes; supplier capability, grade certification and delivery remain order-specific. Special alloys and custom drawings need a separate technical review.
Build a supplier-comparable flange RFQ
- Material: named forging specification, grade and edition. Include the required heat treatment and certificate type.
- Dimensions: governing flange standard, NPS or DN, pressure class or PN, type, facing and drilling. A nominal diameter alone does not define a flange.
- Connection: matching pipe outside diameter and bore or schedule, weld-end preparation where applicable, and the mating flange and gasket requirements.
- Inspection: dimensional and visual checks, heat-to-certificate traceability, marking, face finish and any agreed PMI, mechanical, corrosion or NDT requirements.
- Commercial basis: quantity per line, approved make restrictions, destination, delivery date, packing and Incoterm with named place.
