Manufacturer Partnership Standards
What India Supply Solutions expects from Indian and international manufacturing partners.
Capability before catalogue
We are interested in what can be manufactured consistently, documented accurately and supported professionally.
Quality discipline is mandatory
Manufacturers must accept reasonable inspection, corrective action and re-inspection where applicable.
Commercial honesty matters
Artificial quote inflation, undisclosed substitution, fake certificates, counterfeit products or deceptive origin claims are incompatible with our model.
Communication must be reliable
Capacity limits, delays, quality issues and documentation gaps should be raised early.
Partnership does not buy buyer preference
A manufacturer relationship must never secretly override the buyer's requirement or our duty to disclose material conflicts.
Evidence we expect before a supplier is shortlisted
A catalogue is not enough. We look for legal identity, a working factory or supply route, the actual manufacturing processes offered, realistic capacity, quality-system evidence where applicable, sample or production references, and the ability to provide the documents required by the buyer. Claims are checked against the exact RFQ rather than accepted as a general promise.
How capability is matched to a buyer requirement
The supplier must be able to work to the specified material, drawing, tolerances, inspection plan, packing and documentation. When a requirement sits outside normal capability, it should be disclosed before quotation. See our inspection planning guide and standards context.
Traceability, deviations and corrective action
Heat numbers, certificates, inspection records or other traceability are agreed where the RFQ requires them. Any proposed substitution, process change or dimensional deviation must be raised for buyer approval before shipment. Non-conforming supply requires documented containment, corrective action and re-inspection where appropriate.
Commercial transparency and buyer precedence
Supplier relationships do not override the buyer specification. Quote basis, MOQ, tooling, testing, packing, lead time and payment terms should be explicit. India Supply Solutions coordinates sourcing and verification; we do not represent ourselves as the manufacturer. Review the supplier code and the buyer sourcing framework.
Send the exact specification.
We will evaluate the sourcing route and required quality controls.
