Textile sourcing for hospitality, healthcare, workwear, home and institutional buyers with fabric construction, GSM, colour, shrinkage, fastness and workmanship controls.

The inspection method changes by product. The requirement to inspect does not.
India Supply Solutions accepts textile and apparel supply enquiries from international buyers. Tell us what you need to buy, the intended use, quantity and delivery destination. We structure the specification, qualify a suitable production source and prepare a supply proposal with inspection and export coordination under the agreed scope. Product availability, capacity, price and delivery dates are confirmed for each order. A catalogue listing is an invitation to enquire, not confirmation of stock or an approved factory partnership.
Fabric buyers should specify fibre composition, woven or knitted construction, usable width, GSM or yarn-count requirements, finish and colour reference. Garment buyers should provide a tech pack or reference sample, size chart, measurement tolerances, colour and size quantities, branding and packing requirements. Home and institutional textile orders need dimensions, laundering conditions, durability and acceptance criteria. Technical textiles require an application and measurable performance specification; a generic fabric description cannot establish protective or medical suitability.
Ahmedabad and Surat are source-discovery priorities. Mill capability must be checked against the specific fabric, production process and order size. A cluster name does not prove that a particular source can manufacture your specification. We can assess enquiries involving woven cotton, shirting, polyester and printed fabrics, apparel and institutional textiles, subject to source qualification. Production addresses, in-house processes and subcontracted steps must be distinguished before approval. We do not represent an independently owned mill as an ISS factory.
Agree which approval controls the bulk order: swatch, lab dip, print strike-off, size set or pre-production sample. Define acceptable variation and the test method before production. MOQ may differ by fabric, dye lot, design, colour and garment size distribution. Request a quotation that states the quantity basis, tolerances, sampling charges, packing, inspection, lead-time start point and named Incoterm location. A low sample MOQ should not be assumed to apply to custom bulk production.
Share the destination country, delivery point and intended consignee before requesting landed pricing. Fabric rolls, retail garments and institutional linen can have different packing and documentation requirements. We review the proposed Indian exporter, transport route and destination clearance responsibilities with the appropriate service providers. Country-specific import eligibility, product restrictions and taxes require confirmation for the shipment. We do not promise duty-free entry, guaranteed clearance or a fixed transit time from a general enquiry.
Request composition and construction checks, dimensional stability, shade control and product-relevant performance tests. Certificates must match the named entity, facility, product scope and validity period; a logo in a supplier brochure is insufficient. Inspection acceptance, traceability and any written deviations are agreed before release. Send your requirement even if some details are unknown: ISS will identify the decisions needed for a technically comparable supply quotation.
A public factory website is a starting point for source discovery. Approval for your order requires evidence tied to the legal entity, production address, product and proposed process. Distinguish the manufacturer's own operations from outsourced weaving, dyeing, printing, embroidery, washing or stitching. ISS does not treat a supplier's advertised product range as confirmed stock or reserved production capacity.
For fabric, distinguish a reference swatch, lab dip and print strike-off from a bulk-production approval. For shirts and other garments, agree the fit sample, size set and pre-production sample, including fabric, trims, labels and measurements. Record who approves each stage and which sample controls the bulk order. A sample approval does not remove the need for agreed final inspection.
Request the issuer, certificate number, named entity, facility, product scope and expiry date for every required certification. Confirm authenticity through the issuing scheme and identify whether the intended product and subcontracted processes are covered. For testing, agree methods and acceptance limits for composition, shrinkage, colourfastness, dimensions and any application-specific performance. Organic, recycled, medical or protective descriptions need their own evidence.
MOQ should be stated by style, colour and fabric or dye lot, with any size-mix constraints. Separate sample charges, decoration, packing, inspection and delivery. Confirm current production loading, lead-time start conditions and quote validity. These checks apply to low-cost, premium, private-label and OEM/ODM enquiries alike. Share your tech pack and destination so ISS can prepare a comparable, order-specific supply proposal.
